Mrs. Smith’s 6th Grade RLA classes are celebrating National Poetry Month with Poem in Your Pocket Day! Students selected a poem and will share it with others throughout the week.

Mrs. Dunbar and Mrs. Long organized a Math Easter Egg Hunt for their 8th graders. 🥚 Each egg contained a math problem that students had to solve before moving on to the next challenge. April Fools’ Day fun in 6th grade with the students! Mrs. Smith read a fake passage to her students about a bird. The passage told the kids how you can call the birds to you by yelling the birds name with a marshmallow held above their heads. Looks like they all enjoyed it! 🐦📕
